Repairs

Our jewellery is all handmade with great care and attention to detail.

​

All pieces come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.

​

This warranty covers any faults but does not cover accidental damage/breakage.

Items covered under the warranty are repaired free of charge.

 

Items out of warranty can be repaired for a small fee.

Repairs typically take about a week, but during busy periods please allow up to three weeks.

 

All repairs are subject to stock availability.

Restringing 

​

Over time, your much loved and worn bracelets and rings can stretch.

It may therefore become necessary to have them restrung.

 

For any Kat & Star item a small fee of £10 per bracelet is charged for this service (plus P&P).

Any jewellery returned for repair/restringing is done so at the customer’s own risk.

Therefore, we always recommend obtaining proof of postage.

Bespoke Sizing

It is Free at point of purchase to order a customised size,

however kindly note any requests for alterations after purchase

will be subject to £10 service charge ( Plus P&P)
