At Kat & Star we understand the importance of great Customer Service - if we look after you, you will buy from us again right ?

If your not completely satisfied with your purchase then let us know..

 We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for returned goods, subject to the following terms.

Please ensure that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, either via the contact page or drop us an  e-mail to: katandstarjewellery@gmail.com


All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging and returned back to us within 14 days of receipt.

The cost of returned items is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be less the original postage cost unless the item is faulty.


All items returned are done so at the customer’s risk so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage for all returned items

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours upon receipt of the returned item(s)

We do not accept the return of bespoke items (unless faulty).

Extended Christmas 2020 Return Policy

For Items purchased between Thursday 26th November 2020 and Thursday 17th December 2020, they can be returned until Friday 8th January 2021.  Any purchases made after the 17th December 2020, are subject to the standard 14 day refund policy.
