Our Jewellery pieces are made to the highest standard, using quality materials as detailed with the item.

To prolong the life of your jewellery and so that you can enjoy wearing it for years to come; we ask that you take the time to review the care instructions you will receive with your jewellery and also detailed on this website.

​

Should it be necessary, we will carry out any repairs resulting from normal wear and tear, free of charge, for a period of up to six months from the date of purchase.

​

Thereafter, we will be happy to repair your jewellery for a small fee.

Please contact us to arrange this prior to returning your jewellery and we will be able to advise.

We regret however, that any jewellery damaged as a result of not following the care instructions,

must be replaced at the customer’s own expense.

Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted using a wide range of materials.

Sometimes it can be difficult to exactly match the size, colour and shape of the beads to those that are shown in the images on the website, so please allow for some small variations to the images.

All prices listed on the website are shown in UK pounds sterling.

Please note that items sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes.

Any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
